Inge Jansen is curriculumontwikkelaar Nederlands bij SLO waar ze zich o.a. bezighoudt met formatief evalueren. Samen met collega’s van SLO, de UT en docenten uit de onderwijspraktijk heeft ze in de afgelopen jaren een training formatief evalueren voor docenten in het voortgezet onderwijs ontwikkeld, uitgevoerd en geëvalueerd. Hiervoor werkte ze als docent en ontwikkelaar op internationale scholen in Singapore, Dubai en Abu Dhabi. Daar was formatief evalueren al onderdeel van haar lespraktijk.

David Nicol is Research Professor leading the Teaching Excellence Initiative in the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, and Visiting Professor at the University of Padova, Italy. He is also Emeritus Professor of Higher Education at the University of Strathclyde where he was previously Deputy Director of the Centre for Academic Practice and Learning Enhancement (CAPLE) and Director of REAP, the Re-Engineering Assessment Practices project (www.reap.ac.uk), a £1m project exploring how new technologies might support improved assessment and feedback practices across three Scottish Universities. His primary role, over a career spanning over 30 years, has been working collaboratively with academic staff in higher education from different disciplines on educational improvement projects. His research interests are in teaching, learning, assessment and feedback, in e-learning and in change management in education. He is currently collaborating on feedback projects with partners in the Netherlands, Edinburgh, Ireland, Italy, Australia and New York. His recent research and publication on ‘The power of Internal Feedback’ won the Silver Award for Innovation in the Science of learning at the 2020 International Reimagine Education Conference. This research makes a critical contribution to how learners generate internal feedback in everyday activities and how to harness this natural capacity for feedback agency in educational and professional settings.  (www.davidnicol.net). 

Annette Schimmel is als docent Nederlands werkzaam bij het Streek Lyceum in Ede. Naast het lesgeven aan havo- en vwo-klassen, houdt ze zich bezig met vernieuwend onderwijs. In dat kader heeft ze vorig schooljaar de training Formatief Evalueren gevolgd en begeleidt ze een intervisiegroep op haar school. 

Stijn Vanhoof verzorgt bij KdG Hogeschool Antwerpen professionalisering voor docenten en is nascholer voor alle onderwijsniveaus. Zijn interesses liggen bij feedback, toetsing en gespreksvaardigheden. Voorheen was hij leraar in het secundair (voortgezet) onderwijs en praktijklector in de specifieke lerarenopleiding gedragswetenschappen.
